LEVEL CROSSING SMASH

TWO KILLED: SEVERAL INJURED CAB CARRIED 80 YARDS Sydney, March 18. A level crossing accident occurred i.t Richmond, 37 miles from Sydney, tonight when a goods tram crashed into a motor car. Two people were killed and several injured. The car contained members of a family who were ro turning from a picnic. The car driver was Arthur Taylor, aged 41, who was slightly injured. H:s mother, Alice Taylor, aged 64, and his wife, Amelia Taylor, aged 42, were killed. A sister, Olivia Taylor, aged 35, was seriously injured. The car was carried 80 yards arid tossed over a bridge. It crashed 3(1 feet down an embankment into the Nepean River.
