OFFER OF DEBENTURES
DUNEDIN AND NEW PLYMOUTH. (Received 16, 1.10 p.m.) London, March 15. The city of Dunedin on March 20 will offer £250,000 worth of 41 per cent, debentures 1953-58 at £9B to replace the same quantity of four per cent 1908 redemption bonds. New Plymouth is offering £153.500 worth of 4| per cent, debentures 1953 at £96 in order to redeem £142,000 worth of 5{ per cent, bonds.
