PRESIDENT S NOMINATIONS. (Received 14, 11.30 a.m.) Washington, March 13. President Roosevelt sent to Senate to-day the nomination of Mr Robert W. Bingham (a Louisville publisher) as Ambassador to Britain; Mr Jesse Isidor Straus (New York) as Ambassador to France, and Mr Josephus Daniels (North Carolina) as Ambassador to Mexico.
