ATTACKED BY VICTOR SMITH. ANOTHER ATTEMPT BEGUN. London, March 9. Mr Victor Smith has started m another attempt to beat Mrs Amy Mollison’s Cape record. Victor Smith left Southampton on February 7 on an attempt to break Mrs Amy Mollison’s Capetown record, but when in Algeria Jie smashed the undercarriage of his machine and the propeller when landing in the darkness.
