RIVERS BOARD MEETING.

(To the Editor.) Sir,—I read with great interest the report of the meeting of the Rivers Board held on Tuesday. Mr Lassen and some others saw fit to criticise the work of the relief workers. 1 think it would be more to the point 11 they put their own house in order first and got to work as a board before attacking men who are practically down and out.— I am, etc. INTERESTED. Hastings, 9/3/33.
