A new kind of flying machine, without wings and without propeller, and which it is claimed can rise or descend perpendicularly and move backward and forward in the air without losing altitude, has been invented by a Barcelona inventor. The motive force is provided by two instruments resembling mill wheels, which project one from either side of the machine.
