During the hearing of the action between the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board anil Borthwicks (Australasia), Ltd. at the Supreme Court at. Napier, Mr 11. I'. Johnston, K.C., complimented Mr Just ire Blair upon the perspicacity with which he surveyed and analysed the many technical features of the case.
