DEATH OF SINGLE MAN
■ ■ —-— INQUEST HELD YESTERDAY. FINDING OF CORONER. A verdict that the deceased died ol fatty degeneration of the heart was returned by the Coroner, Mr A. M. MowIcni, S M., nt the adjourned inquest held nt the Napier Courthouse yesterday morning into the death of Eri* Wilhelm Ericksen, n single mnn. ngc.t 34 years, who was found dead in hi’ bed at n boardinghouse in Faraday street, Napier, early on Monday inorn ing. A post mortem ordered by the Coro ncr was conductor! on Monday afternoon by Dr. G. E. Waterworth, who stated in evidence nt the inquest yesterday that an examination of the de ceased resulted in him finding fatty* do generation of the heart ami traces of recent brou<-!ritis. All the other or garni of the body wore in a healthy condition. In the doctor’s opinion th>* cause of death wns fatty degeneration Of the heart.
