TOURNAMENT CONTIINUED. RESULTS OF YESTERDAY’S PLAY. The Hawke's Bay Association’s croquet tournament, being held in Napier, was advanced a further stage yesterday. Ladies’ Singles.—First Life: Mrs Evans beat Mrs Esson, 26 —20; Mrs Harvey beat Mrs Wood, 26 —11; Miss Lydford beat Mrs Daily,226; Mrs Langford beat Mrs Rust, 26—6; Mrs Pitcaithly beat Mrs Evans 26—6; Mrs Carrington beat Mrs Limbrick, 26—3.
