The Government of Saxony is applying to Italy to extradite three Nazis accused of the atrocious murder of Heutsch, a Nazi storm trooper whom they suspected of treachery. Heutsch was shot three times, bound hand and foot and put in a sack and then thrown into a fire, it is believed while he was still alive. The suspects fled to Italy, which usually refuses to extradite political offenders, but Saxony considers the present crime so terrible that an exception must be made.—Berlin cable.
