WORLD UNEMPLOYMENT

The International Labour Office at Geneva reports that there are now 30,000,000 unemployed throughout the world losing wages that normally would amount to £4,000,000,000 a year. A special conference has been convened for January 10 to consider how to reduce the number and to provide work for some of the unemployed.
