RENT RESTRICTION BILL
RETROSPECTIVE IN ITS EFFECT. [From Our Special Parliamentary Representative.] Parliament Buildings, Nov. 2. The Rent Restriction Bill, introduced in the House of Representatives today will be retrospective in its effects. The legislation expired at the end of October but the bill will have the effect of reviving it.
