On a serious charge, Edward Allerby, a labourer, of Westshore, aged 24 years, was before the Napier Magistrate’s Court this morning. On the application of Sergeant J. W. Classen, Mr J. G. L. Hewitt, S.M., granted a remand Util to-morrow morning.
