GOLD STANDARD POLICY. (Received 27, 10.30 a.m.) Capetown, October 26. The terms of the Union’s £8,000,000 loan, which is issued at 991 with interest at 3i, indicates that the gold standard policy has not affected credit in relation to sterling.
