FOR THE PLUNKET SOCIETY

DANCE RECITAL TO-NIGHT. 112 CHILDREN TAKING PART. All those who love children and who find pleasure in seeing them dance will no doubt attend Miss Ballantyne’s recital in the Hastings Municipal Theatre to-night. Quite apart from the deserving cause of the Plunket Society, which needs all possible help, the entertainment promises to be very delightful. There are 112 children from the age of thia* years to 18 years taking part. There will be dances from Toyland, and also a pretty Woodland scene, which all young people will love, and a spectacular International Ballet with dancers representing 12 countries, will be staged. Another item which merits special mention is the Fairy Ballet from the “Midsummer Night’s Dream.” which will be danced by the girls. Tap ballets and mnnv amusing items will also be included. The recital will begin punctually at 7.45. bo that the entertniiii'vnt will not be too late for little folks.
