Mr. Coates’s Statement to House

' In the House of Representatives last evening, the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates made his statement on the Ottawa Conference and revealed the extent of New Zealand’s concessions to Great Britain granted in accordance with the Conference agreements. The resolutions providing for the changes in the Customs tariff were approved early this morning, and the Prime Minister promised that a further opportunity for discussing the new trade agreement would be given on Tuesday.
