A dainty supper was provided after which the birthday cake was distributed among the guests. Many beautiful and useful presents were received.

Seldom d. women miss real bargains! Those who wish to receive really good value for the expenditure of their husband’s salary have noticed that all kinds of really noteworthy bargains can be purchased now while the August stocktaking specials are being sold so cheaply by H. Blackmore and Co., Hastings. AU clever managers will personally investigate before it is too late.*
