HASTINGS WOMEN’S CHOIR

MUSICAL PREPARATIONS. CONCERT ON OCTOBER 10. The Hastings Women’s Choir are working now with enthusiastic interest ior their next concert. The date has been definitely fixed for October 10, and all those who have attended the previous concerts given by this choir will remember to keep this date free for a very excellent musical entertainment. Madame Mercer, the well-known contralto, who has come recently from Dannevirke to reside in Napier and who ha s given pleasure to those who have heard her on the radio, has been specially engaged as soloist.
