TO-DAY’S MATCHES. FINE WEATHER AT CHRISTCHURCH. By Telegraph—Press Association Christchurch, Aug. 13. Fine weather prevails for the big football fixtures and big crowds are already in the city for the Shield Rugby and the League test. The Rugby teams are as previously announced. P. Hart was omitted from the New Zealand League team. The English team is: Sullivan. Ellaby, Atkinson, Risman, Smith, Evans, Brogden. Forwards: Thompson, White, Silcock, Hodgson, Fildes, Horton.
