EBBETT’S PARK.

(To the Editor). Sir,—Having occasion to cross this park frequently it is very Vexatious to find that the gate is often Wired up with staples by those who ere grazing sheep therein, necessitating would-be users of the public thoroughfare having to turn back. Now, Sir, I submit this practice is quite illegal and should be stopped forthwith. The ratepayers have every right to use the thoroughfare at all times. —Yours, etc., PHO BONO PUBLICO. Hastings, 11/3/32.
