LEADERS FLEE TO PORTUGAL. Madrid, Aug. 11. Reports from Seville state that the rebels have surrendered and that Generals Sanjurgo and Herrahza have (led to Portugal. SANJURGO ARRESTED. Madrid, Aug. 11. With Generals San Jurgo and Herranza fleeing towards Portugal from Seville, where the rebels have surrendered, the Royalist insurrection was practically crushed within 24 hours. Genera] Gonsalez has assumed command at Seville, wherewith communications are still interrupted. Sanjurgo apparently attempted to secure support outside Seville, which was not forthcoming, so the white flag wAs hoisted. To-day peace emissaries are declaring that San Jurgo misled them and vigorously condemn him for fleeing and letting them down. A later message states that Sanjurgo has been arrested.
