81-MONTHLY SHIPMENTS. The New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board is advised by cable from its London Office that the shipments from Australia and South America to the United Kingdom during the first hail of July were as follows: — Australia: Carcases mutton 4667, carcases Jamb 38,643, quarters beef 54,779. South America: Carcases mutton 66,025, carcases lamb 113,325, quarters beef (frozen) 60, quarters beef (chilled) 157,968. , . Included in the South American figures are 54,478 carcases of lamb and 54,135 carcases of mutton shipped from Patagoni. The shipments from New Zealand to the United Kingdom for the same period were as follows: —Carcases mutton 143,053, carcases iamb 444,193, quarters beef 22,643. The shipments from South America to the Continent of Europe during the same period were as follows: —Mutton nil, frozen beef 158 tons.
