NEGOTIATIONS POSTPONED.
UNTIL AFTER OTTAWA CONFERENCE.
(British Official Wireless.) (Received 3, 12.30 p.m.) Rugby, May 2. Questioned whether the Government would invite representatives from Denmark to confer regarding a commercial treaty whereby Denmark, in return foi importing an increased quantity of British materials and manufactures, would become entitled to some of the advantages enjoyed by British dominions and colonies. Major Colville, for the Board of Trade, said that no negotiations would be undertaken until after the Ottawa Conference.
