Reviewing the past week s events in India, Sir Samuel Hoare, in the House of Commons, regretted to have to conHim the reports of a further terrorist outrage in Bengal. Elsewhere there was litt.l6 of importance to report. The position at Delhi, following an unsuccessful attempt to hold a session ui Congress, quickly returned to normal and there were no reactions elsewhere. Attempts had been made at various places to destroy letters in post-boxes
