THE ANNUAL APPEAL. AMOUNTS ACKNOWLEDGED. In connection with the appeal for tho Hawke’s Bay Children’s Home which was made recently the following sums are acknowledged. The figures for the moek courts in Napier and Hastings are not yet complete as a number of fines have to be collected, while a number of further amounts have yet to come to hand from outside districts:—
