A quiet wedding of great interest to New Zealanders took place at the Cathedral. Nairobi, Kenya Colony, on January 23, when Joy, eldest daughter of Mrs Phillip Upton, Folkstone, England. was married to William Lancelot Rolleston, only son of Mrs G.H. F. Rolleston and the late Mr G. H. F. Rolleston, Canterbury. Mr Rolleston, R.E., is grandson of two of New Zealand’s most distinguished statesmen, the late Hon. William Rolleston, of Canterbury, and the Rt. Hon- Sir Francks Belt, K.C.M.G., Rd, .WMBfag>on.
