BRITISH LABOUR
AFFILIATION PROBLEM. (Received 30, 10.35 a.m.) London, March 29. The Independent Labour Party’s conference at Blackpool decided by 183 votes to 144 not to favour the policy of cutting adrift from the National Labour Party, although it would not agree to unconditional affiliation with it.
