COMPLICATED WILL CASE
CLAIMANTrTO*WENDEL MILLIONS. EXTENSION OF PROBATE I GRANTED. New York, Jan. 25. Seventy-three lawyers representing some 1507 claimants to the Wendel will filled the surrogate’s court to-day to prevent probate. The court granted an extension until March 14, when further consideration will be given to the complicated case. All tho claimants were ordered to put their objections to tho will’s execution in writing before that date.
