The question of providing further school accommodation in Napier is receiving the attention of the chairman of the H.B. Education Board, Mr. G. A. Maddison. In view of the fact that no further grants have been received for the restoration of school buildings in Napier he telegraphed to the Minis ter of Education (the Hon. R. Masters) on the subject and has received the following reply:—“l will lie returning to Wellington on Tuesday morning next, and expect that the first Cabinet meeting will take place on Wednesday, when various education matters requiring attention in Napier will be su’ ’luted for consideration.”
