A Mukden message to-day strengthens the rumour of tho impending re storation of the monarchy in Manchuria and the re-enthronement of the former Emperor Puyi, lately known as plain Mr Henry Puyi, last of the Manchus. Puyi is reported to be already creating an order of nobility. Yu Chunchan, a member of the local peace pre servation committee, has been created a duke, and other members have been given similar titles. CHINESE ADVANCE REPORTED. Toklo, Dec. 4. It is reported, though unconfirmed that the Chinese forces are advancing to Mukden from Chinchow.
