QUEST FOB EGYPT’S GOLD. ABANDONED TILL SPRING. London, Dec. 3. The Artiglio’s divers were unsuccessful in further attempts to raise the Egypt’s treasure and the quest was abandoned until the spring. The divers actually reached the treasure chamber, but the pitch darkness and the storm prevented the use of a grab for lifting the bullion.
