BIGGER EFFORT

INCREASED SALES RESULT. Au increased advertising appropriation for the purpose of a conce.. tinted display in newspapers will enable a business to increase its sales in the face of present depressed conditions, according to Emil Brisacher, president of Etnif Brisacher and Staff, of San Francisco, who spoke to members at a recent dinner gathering of the San Francisco Twentv-One Club. Mr. Brisacher declared that the porter of advertising is emphasised during slumps and that this is apparent when one notes how some businesses have maintained their growth in the face of a general dedline. As proof of his conviction, Mr. Brisacher cited the case of a food product advertiser who has recently increased his sales 30 per cent, with the result that this firm’s sales are the greatest in its history.
