QUEEN’S SURPRISE PACKET.
LIKES DRESSES SHORTER (Received 21, 9.30 a.m.) London, Feb. 20. The Qaeen caused a great surprise, declaring her dislike for the new long dresses while watching a mannequin parade at the artificial silk exhibition in the Albert Hall. She said: “I like frocks of medium length that eome just above the ankle." It was noticed that Her Majesty is at present wearing dresses shorter than a while ago.
