Htmllton, Aug. 2. Beautiful weather prevails for tho occasion of the British team’s visit, and at an curly hour there was a largo crowd of visitors in town. By midday over 5000 were at tho park, where junior curtain-raisers engaged attention and acted as appropriate appetisers to the big game. Special trains from To Kuiti and Rotorua, and ordinary trains from Auckland, brought their quota of football fans to Hamilton. The British team (amended) is as follows:—
Full-back: Bonner.
Three-quarters • Novis, Aarvold, Bowcott, Reeve
Halves; Spong and Murray.
Forwards: Welsh, Beamish, Ivor Jones, Farrell. Black. Parker, Kendrew, Neid. Mr. 8. J. Weston, of Whangarei, is referee.
