HOADLEY, SON A STEWART. SALE. UNDER CONDUCT of the Registrar at Napier of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at the request of the Mortgagee, on WEDNESDAY, the 12th Dav of MARCH, 1930, at HASTINGS. TTOADLEY, SON & STEWART, LIMITED have been instructed to offer for Sale, by Public Auction, at their Rooms, situate in KARAMU ROAD, HASTINGS, on the above date at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, the undermentioned freehold property:— ALL THAT parcel of Freehold Land situate at Karamu in the Provincial District of Hawke’s Bay, containing by admeasurement 14 Acres 3 Roods 38 Perches (more or less) being part of Lot 3 Subdivision C Heretaunga Block comprising Lot 22 on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Napier under number 3699, and being all the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title volume 85 folio 30 (Napier Registry) the said land being situated at Karamu, and has erected thereon a 7-roomed bungalow residence, dairy and engine sheds, pigstys and loose boxes all constructed of wood and iron, and is now in the occupancy of Mr. Patrick McLernan. The Mortgagee’s applications for sale and her estimate of the value of the property can be seen at the Registrar’s Office at all reasonable times prior to the sale (Quote File No. 913) and in the Auction Rooms at the time of sale without payment of any fee. The particulars and conditions of sale of the said property can be seen at the office of the Auctioneers, Napier and Hastings, and at the office of the undersigned Solicitors from whom any further information can be obtained.
