Sydney, March 6

The golfer, Kirkwood, who has been lamenting his detention in quarantine while Hagen has been given his freedom, has again sent a complaint to the press declaring his disgust with the bathing and toilet arrangements. being compelled to use the same facilities as Chinamen, Indians and Fijians. He could scarcely believe he was in a white man’s country, he said.
