Tao stowaways who were arrested on the arrival of the Ulimaroa from Sydney on Tuesday appeared in the Magistrate’s Court at Wellington yesterday. Their names were Henry Frederick King, a carpenter, aged 28, and Arnold Francis Coker, motor meelianie, aged 2G. Sub-Inspector Lander said that when arrested both the accused said it was difficult to find regular employment in Australia, where they had been for some time One of the men had fourpenee in his posession ami the other threepence.
