The New Zealand Alliance of Labour, now holding its annual conference in Wellingtop, discussed the question of nominating a delegate to represent the New Zealand Labour movement at the forthcoming League of Nations conference at Geneva. It was decided to nominate Mr. J. Roberts, secretary of the Alliance of Labour, for the post, and to recommend his appointment to all unions throughout the Dominion. — Press Assn.
