ENTERTAINMENT DE LUXE. Excellent entertainment will be offered to-morrow night at the Hastings Municipal Theatre. The pro gramme for the first part of the per fonnance appears in the advertising columns of this paper, and wh'at a galaxy of artists and artistes have been collected 1 Ono item which takes the fancy is that which is collectively termed “The Garden Party.” This is half an hour of really good and enjoyable music or. ganisfcd by no less a favourite than Mrs. R. J. Robertson, whose beautiful contralto voice is well known to Hawke’s Bay music lovers- Miss Prudence Lewis, who has for some time been studying in Wellington and whose technique and interpretation are very highly thought of by her mentors, is also amongst the soloists. Miss Jessie Marks, who is also featuring in this company, will be heard in solos on the piano, and Mr. Lance Craig, whose powerful and well controlled baritone voice has already endeared him to Hastings audienceswill add his quota to the general enjoyment. The accompaniments will be ably and sympathetically rendered by Miss Audrey Hobbs, and the halfhour allotted to the party will terminate with a concerted number by the members.

Other features in this programme which will attract are the Russian dance, bv Misses Patston and Grantham, the Havelock North dancer.-;, and the latest model Panatrope (supplied and controlled by Messrs. Lockyer) to olay the audience to their seats and supply other incidental music in place of the usual orchestra.
