INCENDIARISM SUSPECTED. [Per Press Association.] New Plymouth. September 3. Fire at 4 o’clock this morning des troyed the Waitara ‘‘Evening Mail building and Chadwick's confectionery shop. Incendiarism is suspected. Two kerosene tins recenty emptied were found near the building, and 200 feet of the hose kept on the reel was discovered three-quarters of a mile away. The insurance of Chadwick’s building was £6OO, and on the pianola, soda fountain and stock £595. The “Mail” stock was insured for £-100 and the building for £2OO
