Hon. Philip Snowden, who was accorded an enthusiastic reception on his return to London from The Hague yesterday morning will, during the Prime Minister’s absence at Geneva, keep in close touch with Government business at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Downing Street In a statement last night, Mr. Snowden, on behalf of the delegation, said that the conference realised their best hopes.
