Since leaving tho hospital he frequently coinplainefl of his heart. 9 Alexander Gardner deposed thafl the deceased was employed at Glenal® von station (Mr Lyons) as a gardner, for five weeks. He often complained of shortne** breath. During Saturday he had been working in the gardenß He had just finished milking the cow® at about 5 p.m. when, whilst witne*® was talking to him, he gaspel® swayed and hung an to a gate. dropped before witness could him, and, as he dropped, he uiqß “I am gone." W’ith witness carried the deceased to Hfl whare. but when the body arrinfl there, there were no sigrts of life, fl Richard C. Roberts, med®H practitioner, deposed that, when Ifl arrived at the station about 6 p.ntfl deceased was dead.
