WELLINGTON FRUIT PRICES. [Special to "Tribune."] Wellington, April 3. The Wellington Fruitbrokers, comprising the firms of Messrs. Laery and Co., Ltd., Thompson Bros., Ltd., Geo. Thomas and Co., Ltd,. Townsend and Paul, and Bowie and Co., report as follows:— Increased supplies of both apples and pears have been coming to hand during the past week, consequently values are much easier. Quinces continue in excellent demand and consignments recommended. Recent values are as follows:— Apples.—Choice Coxes, 8/-, 10/-; Delicious, 5/-. 6/6; Jonathans, 4/6, 5/6; Alfristons, 5/-, 6/-; Dunns. 4/6, 5/6; others, 4/-, 5/- bushel. Pears—Choice Coles, 5/-, 6/6; Nelis 4/6, 5/6; Vicars, 5/-, 6/-, Diels, 4/-, 51-; others, 2/6, 3/6 bushel. General.—Grapes: Choice 1/2, 1/4, outdoor grown fid. 9d per lb. Passions: Choi.e 5/-, 6/-, others 3/-, 4/per box. Cucumbers: Choice 4/-, 5/banana case. Cape Gooseberries: Choice dry 4/6, 5/. half case. Quinces: Choice 8/-, 9/-, others 6/-, 7/- bushel.
