RAZOR SLASHING

The razor gang daimed yet another victim last night, when Roy Watson was admitted to hospital covered with blood. He was slashed over the left eye, the right ear, chest, temple and chin. Watson was blinded by the flow of blood; he was undoubtedly attacked by several men with razors.. The victim refused to give the police any information, saying that he fell through a window, but later he said: “I know them. I will have vengeance on them.” Watson recently returned from a trip to America and New Zealand. CHARGE OF ATTEMPTED MURDER. [Australian and N.Z Press Association.) The husband of May Depena, the razor slashing victim, was arrested last night, at pistol point, by detectives in a house at Redfern, and later charged with attempted murder.
