WAIPAWA TOURNAMENT. SEMI-FINALS AND FINALS. The open croquet tournament being held at Waiuawa continues to have beautiful weather for the play. Additional results are as follow:— CHAMPIONSHIP SINGLES. Semi-final.—Mrs Hutchinson lost to Mrs Rust, 26—19. Final.—Mrs Rust lost to Mrs Freedman, 26—23. CHAMPIONSHIP DOUBLES. Semi-final.—Mrs Johnston and Mrs Hindman lost to Mrs H. D. Limhrick and Mrs Rust, 26—19. Final.—Mrs Rust and Mrs H. D. Limhrick lost to Mrs Butler and Mrs Hutchinson. 26—21, HANDICAP SINGLES. B Grade. Semi-finals.—Mrs Ebbett (10) lost to Mrs Grensido (7), 26—22; Mrs Vaughan lost to Mrs Freedman. HANDICAP DOUBLES. A Grade. Semi-finals.—Mrs Hindman and J. Hindman (8) lost to Mrs McLeod and Mrs Davy (6), 26—23: Mrs Given and Mrs Clark (8), lost to Mrs Hutchinson and Mrs Ebbett (6J), 26—16. Final.—Mrs McLeod and Mrs Davy (6) lost to Mrs Hutchinson and Mrs Ebbett (6J), 26-23. t B Grade.
