Japanese Parliament Opened i Yesterday the Emperor, in the uniform of Generelissimo, and escorted by cavalry, proceeded to the House of Peers, where he personally read the rescript opening Parliament in full ceremony. Many princes and diplomatic representatives were present. After presentation of the Replies to the Throne the House adjourned till January 20.
