The gangster king “Scnrfiice Al” Capone, wanted for numerous crimes, arrived in a bullet-proof expensive sedan. Alert gunmen in high-powered cars parked among two thousand hoodlum mourners. Many exchanged greetings with their left hands, keeping their right hands in their pockets ready for action. Despite the fact that there was no police protection, perhaps rather due to its absence, there was no violence.
