FOR HAWKE’S BAY DISTRICT ISSUED DAILY BY MR K K, WRAGGE, FR.M.B. EXCLUSIVE TO “TRIBUNE.’s [By Telegraph—Special to the “Tribune.] Frankton, Aug. 10. Forecast for 24 hours from 9 a.tn. to-day, covering the area between Wairoa, Te Aute and the ranges inland :— The nucleus of the high pressure system now covers the Dominion, and a continuance of fine weather with areas of cloud should obtain. There should be cold nights with frost in land, and further morning mist and fng in the low areas. Some occ* sional and local misty showers are likely. Winds variable, chiefly be tween B.S.E. and E,N.E. DOMINION METEOROLOGIST'S FORECAST. The Dominion Meteorologist telegraphs as follows for 24 hours from 9 a.m. this day The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, easterly winds prevailing. There is a prospect of fair weather. The night will probably be very cold with frosts in land and morning fogs. The barometer has a falling tendency.
