Two young men, Frank Andrew Morgan, ami Henry Ernest Bond, today at Auckland admitted converting to their own use live motor-cars valued at £440. Thq police gave evidence that they had been living together for six months, doing little work, but drinking and taking cars. Morgan was sentenced to three months’ imprisonment (the maxi) mum) on five charges, the sentences to be concurrent, and Bond to one month. Morgan is already serving a term for another offence. —Press Association.
