CREATION

THE BIRTH OF ELEMENTS A CONTINUOUS PROCESS. SCIENTIST CONFIRMS EIN--STEIN’S VIEWS. (By Cable-Press Assn. — Copyright.) (Received 19 9.15 a.m.) New York, March 18. A message from Pasadena staves that Dr. Robert Millikan, of the California Institute of Technology, has published a paper declaring that he conducted experiments tending to show that the process of creation is now going on in the heavens, and that the earth, instead of being » disintegrating world as has long been believed, is a continuously changing and evolving one.

Dr Millikan at the same time issued a warning against. accepting his announcement as fact until it is proved by further tests. His own tests consisted of measurements of the cosmic rays which closed “the birth of elements’’ and. incidentally confirmed certain of Einstein’s equations and upheld the latter’s theory. —(A an<j N.Z.)
